Once you have completed your training, you have no more to learn, right? WRONG! As Consciousness Coaches®, we are always in creation, and our coaching practice continues to evolve and grow. As soon as you start coaching, every client teaches you something new as they share their challenges and creativity with you. And often you will be challenged by situations that arise. Who do you turn to when you feel out of your depth, or just want a sounding board?
The Consciousness Coaching® Academy (CCA) is right here to support you – you are not alone! CCA offers Mentor Coaching to all students of the Coaching Academy from Master II onwards. The purpose of this service is specifically to empower the coach to coach. When you are mentor-coached, the process is all about further equipping you to become a better coach, helping you with difficult client scenarios and giving you professional support and advice backed by years of solid experience to grow all areas of your coaching and your coaching business.

Note: You do not have to receive mentor coaching in order to graduate from the Master curriculum or/and pass the Diploma Exam. Mentor coaching sessions are optional and are therefore not included in the cost of the Master curriculum. You will be expected to pay for the mentor coaching you choose to take.
Formats
Mentor coaching happens in either one-on-one or group sessions:
- One-on-one mentor coaching sessions (MCSs) are offered face-to-face (f2f), by phone or via Skype. To prepare for the session, you select specific challenges you have faced or are facing with clients. The mentor supports you in reaching clarity and gaining insight about conversations that may not have worked well, what happened, and approaches that might be more effective in similar scenarios.
- Group mentor coaching sessions are offered regularly via Skype (please see below for scheduled dates and times). This format allows up to 12 students to participate in a 2-hour event in which mentor coaching happens according to the participants’ engagement and questions. Group mentor coaching sessions are offered from time to time in your region (notification of dates and times will be sent via email).
