CCI (Creative Consciousness International)
Creative Consciousness International cc (CCI) is the holding company of Consciousness Coaching® and is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Founded in 1991 by Marc Steinberg, CCI continues to push the boundaries of research and innovation to develop new insights and methodologies in the fields of human empowerment, leadership development and coaching. Marc is the creator of Consciousness Coaching®, CCI's core empowerment methodology.
A database of more than 5000 clients attests to CCI's success in designing and delivering cutting-edge empowerment solutions that enable individuals and corporations to achieve authentic and sustainable shifts in power and competence.
CCI is a member of COMENSA, (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and is locally accredited by the Services SETA. Internationally, the Consciousness Coaching® Master curriculum is recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), and CCI's coaching graduates receive the 'Professional Coach' diploma, which is ICF-accredited.
In addition to the ICF-accredited Master coaching curriculum, Consciousness Coaching offers a range of special interest programmes. Executive Training Seminars, for example, focus the power of Consciousness Coaching® onto specific areas of a business to meet the individual training needs of that particular organisation.
The holding company is CCI (Creative Consciousness International), which manages and promotes the franchise operations internationally.
