Consciousness Coaching® was founded by Marc Steinberg, who has been inspiring and empowering people with personal growth, success and spiritual fulfilment since 1987. Now the company's CEO, Marc is uniquely qualified for this role, having committed his life to the study of human consciousness and engaged extensively with countless transformational disciplines, both Eastern and Western.
Born in Germany, Marc lived and worked in the United States, India, Japan and Spain before moving to Cape Town, South Africa, in 2002. Here he distilled the essence from his extensive training and experience to develop the unique and powerful Consciousness Coaching® method, which he published it in 2005.

Today, Consciousness Coaching® has its Head Office and training centre a stone's throw from the beach at Milnerton. A growing team of qualified and accomplished trainers joins Marc in the presentation of the courses and workshops, and a dynamic group of individuals support him in running the business aspect of promoting and delivering this global standard coach training. Courses are also offered regularly in Johannesburg as well as in other countries.
